To return an item, you can do it directly on your account by login in and going to Order's history. Also, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can follow up your request.
Play Up will refund customers in 14 days, from the date of the parcel arrives to our warehouse.
Please be advised that we don't accept exchanges. If you wish to change an article you must first request a return and then place a new order.
PLAY UP supports one return per order, within 14 days of invoice date.
If, after the first return, the customer wishes to make a new return, even within a period of 14 days from the invoice date, he must do so at his own cost and responsibility, to the following address:

Once we receive your return at the warehouse, you will receive an email with this notification and we will process your refund.
Refunds are made within 14 days from the date of return of the item (s) to the warehouse by the same payment method used in the original order.
PLAY UP reserves the right to refuse returns in which communication has been made after the deadline, in which items that are not in the same condition as when they were purchased.
