If received your order and if there's any problem or you are not satisfied, you can return it within 14 days from the date you received the order. You can manage your returns directly from your customer account.
To do this, you should:
1. Log in;
2. Go to "Order History";
3. Select the order;
4. Click on the "Return" button.
For orders shipped by UPS:
After requesting a return in your customer account, you should drop off your order at a UPS pick-up point using the return label that was sent with the order. If you wish, you can leave your order at a pick-up point different from the one you indicated in your customer account without needing to inform us, or you can select the option to have the return collected from your address and a courier will pick it up.
For orders shipped by DHL:
After making the return request in your customer account, you should download the available label and drop off your order at a pick-up point using the return label. You can select the option to have the return collected from your address and a courier will pick it up. If you wish, you can also leave your return at a DHL Express point.
We also inform you that we do not accept exchanges, so you must request a return and, if you wish, place a new order for the part.PLAY UP supports one return per order, within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period and the first return, Play Up doesn't accept returns.
After we receive your return in the warehouse, you will receive an email with the notification and we will process your refund, according to the items we received in the warehouse. Refunds are made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the return in our warehouse, using the same payment method used in the original order.
PLAY UP reserves the right to refuse not communicated returns, or where communication was made after the established deadline, where the items are not in the same conditions as they were purchased or were acquired free of charge through campaings carried out by the PLAY UP.
