Care Guide
In our household, the biggest task is probably the laundry. With children who play freely, stains on clothes are very common. |
Before washing, check and remove loose objects from clothes. Then, sort by colour and wash full loads to reduce the amount of water used and energy. |
A very good tip that almost always works: To remove grease, very common on children's clothes, apply dishwashing liquid before washing. |
For different kind of stains, soak the item in water, rub the stained area with Marseille soap, and leave it in direct sunlight for a few hours. |
To whiten your clothes and remove heavy stains, pre-soak the items in sodium percarbonate and boiling water. |
Turn each item inside out to protect its appearance, and fasten all buttons and zippers to prevent damage during the wash cycle. Wash at low temperatures and use neutral soap. |
Whenever possible, use a clothesline to dry your clothes. This method reduces wear and tear since they are not exposed to the harsh temperatures of indoor dryers and does not consume energy. |
