You will receive €5 per item(product reference) in good condition returned through the TAKE BACK programme, to be discounted in purchases in the playupstore.com online store (see the previous question). In other words, if you send us 2 Play Up items in good condition, you will receive a €10 voucher discounted in purchases in the Play Up/Recircle online store. If you return 3 items in good condition, you'll receive €15, with a limit of 6 items per shipment.
*Please note that if a product reference includes multiple pieces, it will be considered as a single reference and the assigned value will be €5.
