Taxes and fees for non-European Union countries


Customs duties and taxes are not included in the final price of our products.
If you are ordering from non-European Union country, please note that your shipment will go through customs and may be held. In these situations, the final customer is responsible for claiming the entire shipment from the local customs authority, as well as bearing all costs related to customs clearance.
Customs duties and taxes are never supported by Play Up.




Notes about Pick Up Points


It is the customer's responsibility to track the order using the tracking number;

For home deliveries, if delivery is not possible, the carrier may redirect the order to an Access Point/Pick Up Point;

The collection period for orders at an Access Point is 5 business days;

After this period, the order is returned to our warehouse and automatically enters the return process;

Reshipment is not possible. The refund will be processed using the same payment method (excluding shipping costs).


Taxes and duties for countries outside the European Union


Taxes, customs duties and any other customs charges are not included in the final price of our products.
When an order is shipped to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to inspection and customs clearance by local authorities. In such cases, the order may be held at customs until all required formalities have been completed.


The customer is solely responsible for:


• Providing all documentation requested by the customs authorities within the indicated deadline;
• Paying any applicable fees, customs duties or taxes;
• Monitoring the customs clearance process with the competent authority;
• Being available for delivery purposes.


If the order is seized, abandoned or deemed unrecoverable by the competent authorities or the carrier, Play Up will not be able to recover the order and no refund of the amount paid will be issued. In such circumstances, the customer shall lose the right to any refund of the amount paid. These situations include, but are not limited to:


• Failure to provide the requested customs documentation within a reasonable period;
• Refusal to pay applicable customs duties, taxes or other charges;
• Unsuccessful delivery attempts and inability to contact the customer;
• Failure to claim the order from the local customs authority.


We recommend that, if you are placing your order from a country outside the European Union, you first confirm with the competent authorities in your country the charges, taxes, duties and requirements applicable to the importation of goods. Play Up shall not be liable for delays, additional costs or any charges arising from customs procedures.
