If you are ordering from non-European Union country, please note that your shipment will go through customs and may be held. In these situations, the final customer is responsible for claiming the entire shipment from the local customs authority, as well as bearing all costs related to customs clearance.
Customs duties and taxes are never supported by Play Up.
Notes about Pick Up Points
— It is the customer's responsibility to track the order using the tracking number;
— For home deliveries, if delivery is not possible, the carrier may redirect the order to an Access Point/Pick Up Point;
— The collection period for orders at an Access Point is 5 business days;
— After this period, the order is returned to our warehouse and automatically enters the return process;
— Reshipment is not possible. The refund will be processed using the same payment method (excluding shipping costs).
