You can cancel an order while it is in pending status, meaning it has not yet been dispatched.
If you have received your order and either you encounter a problem or you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request the return or exchange of the goods within 30 days of receipt.
To return/exchange an item, you can do it directly on your account by login in and going to Order's history. Also, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can follow up your request.
Play Up will refund customers in 14 days, from the date of the return/exchange request.
The refund will be made by bank transfer, please provide us your IBAN and BIC code.
