Returns/ Exchange

You can cancel an order while it is in pending status, meaning it has not yet been dispatched.
If you have received your order and either you encounter a problem or you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request the return or exchange of the goods within 30 days of receipt.

NOTE: Exceptionally, orders placed between 1/11/19 and 18/12/19 have additional 30 days for return, so total of 60 days after invoice.

To return/exchange an item, you can do it directly on your account by login in and going to Order's history. Also, please send an email to customer@playupstore.com so we can follow up your request.
Play Up will refund customers in 14 days, from the date of the parcel arrives to our warehouse.

Please be advised that you can only exchange sizes due to system limitations. If you wish to change an article for a different one you must first request a return and then place a new order.


Once we receive your return at the warehouse, you will receive an email with this notification and we will process your refund. In case of exchanges, we will ship the new size selected.
Refunds are made within 14 days from the date of return of the item (s) to the warehouse by bank transfer, please always provide us with your IBAN details and Swift code.
LAY UP reserves the right to refuse returns in which communication has been made after the deadline, in which items that are not in the same condition as when they were purchased.
