Returns

If received your order and if there's any problem or you are not satisfied, you can return it within 14 days from the date you received the order.


You can manage your returns directly in your customer account. To do this, simply log in, access "Order History", enter the respective line of the order to be returned and click the "Return" button.

You can select the option to collect the return at your address and a courier will carry out the collection, or you can choose to send the order directly to our address.

If you experience difficulties in your return process, please contact us by email at customer@playupstore.com, indicating your order number.


We also inform you that we do not accept exchanges, so you must request a return and, if you wish, place a new order for the part.


PLAY UP supports one return per order, within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
If, after the first return, the customer wishes to make a new return associated with the same order, the inherent costs will be borne by him. All returns must be sent to the following address:

After we receive your return in the warehouse, you will receive an email with the notification and we will process your refund, according to the items we received in the warehouse.


Refunds are made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the return in our warehouse, using the same payment method used in the original order.


PLAY UP reserves the right to refuse returns where communication was made after the established deadline, where the items are not in the same conditions as they were purchased or were acquired free of charge through competitions carried out by the PLAY UP.
